	We arrived home last Saturday, relaxed, happy and already missing Hawaii. Molokai was wonderful. Our friends were overwhelmed with the beauty of your home, impressed with your vision and the easy hospitality your house offers. Thank you for opening your home to us. It surpassed all expectations. To tell you the truth, I was kicking myself when we left Molokai for the Mauna Kea. I couldn’t imagine anything as wonderful as your home. But, as it turned out, the renovated hotel and its quiet beach afforded us another special memory. Again, thank you for creating such a beautiful spot and letting us enjoy it. Main House (with pool; no use of guest house or art studios*): $1,200 per night (maximum of 10 guests) Guest House (with rental of main house): $300 per night (maximum of 6 guests) *Two art studio/workshops may be rented by special arrangement. (One studio/workshop, adjacent to the main house, is furnished, including refrigerator, bedroom and bath; the other, adjacent to the guest house, is unfurnished. No art materials are provided in either studio; a potter’s wheel is available.) Mimimum stay at stated rates: 3 nights. A $400 cleaning fee will be applied with rental of the Main House. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied with rental of the Guest House. One-half of the total rental fee, plus one-half of applicable Hawaii state taxes, is due upon signing of the contract and is non-refundable. A refundable security deposit ($1,500) is also due upon signing of the contract. The balance of rental fees and taxes is due 30 days prior to occupancy date. Rates do not include house cleaning or maid service during your stay or any other personal services.
